Peridra Terms of Service

PERIDRA TERMS OF SERVICE Effective Date: September 29, 2026 Version 1.0 Peridra accounts may be used only by authorized users for legitimate facility and care-management purposes. Users must provide accurate account information, protect account credentials, follow assigned access restrictions, and comply with applicable facility policies and law. Users may not attempt to bypass access controls, access another facility's records without authorization, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, scrape or extract information for unauthorized purposes, or use Peridra to violate privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, security, or other legal requirements. Facility administrators are responsible for configuring user access, maintaining accurate workforce access, and removing access when no longer required. Peridra may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect residents, facilities, users, the platform, or legal/regulatory obligations. Service features may change as Peridra is improved or as legal, security, or operational requirements change. Material updates to terms or mandatory policies may require users to review and electronically acknowledge a new version before continuing to use the platform. These terms work together with applicable subscription agreements, Business Associate Agreements, facility policies, privacy notices, and other agreements. If a separate signed agreement controls a particular subject, that agreement governs that subject. By electronically accepting these terms, I confirm that I have reviewed them and agree to use Peridra only as authorized.
